Brass

Nickel-Based Alloys

Nickel-based alloys are known for their excellent corrosion resistance and strength. They are often found in high-temperature environments due to their superior resistance to heat.

Electroplated Brass

Electroplating creates a protective barrier to reduce friction and prevent tarnishing of a surface as well as protecting surfaces from wear and tear by applying a thin, durable metal coating.

Our dedicated Electroplating line has the capability to coat Tin Matte and Tin Bright, copper and Nickel on Brass material with a reflow process as per customer requirements.

High-Performance Alloys

High-performance Copper Alloys are used for Demanding Electrical Applications. Factors such as formability, strength, and conductivity play a role in the materials selection decision. Many high copper alloys are, in fact, specifically tailored to suit individual product demands

Case Cups And Bullet Jacket Cups

We produce various calibres of Cartridge case and Bullet Jacket Cups for Small Arms Ammunition viz. 9mm, 10mm, 5.56mm, 0.0338, 7.62mm, 44mg, 12.7mm (0.5 cal) and other customized calibres. The cups are traditionally produced in double action blanking and cupping operations.
